2. Low Overhead - Sevieri Builders does not maintain an expensive storefront or commercial building nor do we have a huge recurring payroll. Experience is the greatest teacher and we have learned that protecting our clients' investments is the key to our success. We endeavor to instill value and maintain quality control in your home. We establish a customized critical path (order by which things are done) for each project. Our team of carefully selected subs and suppliers understands their task and budget. Some of our suppliers include pre-packaged home suppliers and we work directly with such suppliers' management in an effort to minimize the result of too many nonproductive and expensive hands in the pot. We only build what we sell. From the ground up, Sevieri Builders acts in your best interest incorporating learned best practice standards.
3. A to Z factor - We are available for every aspect of your building project. Some of our services include:
- Site Checks - For a builder, getting to know your property is an important factor. Site checks enable us to get a visual idea of slopes, set-backs, utility placement/trenching, etc. that will impact home placement and accessibility to your site. A site check is crucial to the permitting process.

Permitting - Our critical path network includes municipality officials, quality minded professionals such as engineers, geotech and soils analysis technicians as well as many other feasibility specialists required for permit procurement.
- Design - We are able to take your ideas and translate them into construction permit-ready plans with AutoCad™ precision, make changes per your vision and budget and then forward that information to various municipalities, engineers and subcontractors.
Turn-Key General Contracting/Construction Management - Our job as a General Contractor is to make sure your project progresses within the parameters set forth by contract, building permit and/or financial institution. We assemble your home package from excavation through turn key based on our previously established and detailed plans and specifications.
- Multiple Framing Systems - "Variety is the spice of life." Because we are all unique, your home definitely reflects that. There are many framing options available to fit your style and budget. My experience includes Post and Beam, Conventional Framing, Conventional Framing with Post and Beam accents, Post and Beam framing with Log accents, Conventional Framing with Log accents, Log Homes, and Lindal Cedar Homes.
- Sunrooms - The Olympic Peninsula provides the perfect supportive climate for a sunroom, garden room or your inspired "glass" addition whether its planned for new construction or a retrofit on your existing home.
